QUESTION:  How long have you been into music?

ANSWER:  wow, I have been singing since I was 6 years old, I use to accompany my mum 9who was in the choir) to church. I began composing music when I was 10 years old, professionally, I got into music during my undergraduate days at the university as a back-up singer. Although I had the gift & talent for singing, I did not have the adequate support required for harnessing these talents. At FUTY Yola I had the opportunity to be a lead vocalist, and there I began to develop and improve my gift.

QUESTION:  What gave you the inspiration for this album “You Deserve It all”?

ANSWER:  I had most of the inspiration for some of the songs in my dreams. I am just a vessel acting a script written and directed by God Almighty. Some of the songs that were inspired through inspirations & dreams include: My Everything, Ibare Edumare, Everything is gonna be alright and The Lord is my light. The inspiration for “Ogomi” came from a revelation I had in 2008. Ogo means “My Star”. That is the divine star given to me by God will never go dim. The inspiration for this song came from an unforgettable experience that occurred when I was two years old. God miraculously saved me. I am indeed a living testimony. “All the gory belong to God” was inspired by my ill health, a period when I was on my sick bed, and unconscious for four days. It is a song of testimony, glorifying God’s magnificent mercy upon my life.
